Terms of use
Draft of October 19, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, www.northtill.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. They don’t cover the NorthTill point of sale itself: stores that use NorthTill have a separate agreement with us.
What the site is for
The site tells you about NorthTill and lets you book a demo. What it describes is general information, not an offer or a contract. Features, availability and prices are agreed in writing with each store.
Using the site fairly
- Send the Book a demo form only with your own, true details.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, or send automated requests to it.
- Don’t copy the site’s design or content for your own product.
Our name and content
The NorthTill name, logo, text, illustrations and design on this site belong to NorthTill. You may link to the site and share it, but not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we don’t.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes, which we’ll fix when we find them. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
Links
The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we’ll update them here with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
